Stepping into The Therapy Room If you visit me in person you will step into the cosy space of the therapy room, where you're greeted with warmth and comfort, settling into a plush recliner chair that cradles you like a gentle embrace.


Before the hypnotherapy begins, there will be a conversation to ensure your complete comfort and ease. Blankets, hot water bottles, and electric blankets are offered, cocooning you in warmth and cosiness, especially during the colder months. You snuggle in, feeling embraced by the serene ambiance of the room.






What Does Hypnotherapy Feel Like

When you're ready, I will encourage you to recline back, closing your eyes as I encourage you to let go and sink into relaxation. For Many, the sensation is akin to floating on a cloud, weightless and free from the burdens of everyday life. Some may feel a gentle tingling in their hands or feet, while others experience a subtle numbness that spreads throughout their body – all normal sensations during hypnotherapy. Often, clients just feel VERY relaxed.


Unlike a traffic light system, there are no signals dictating your state of relaxation. Instead, I will gently guide you deeper into a state of tranquillity. With each breath, you descend further into the depths of your subconscious mind, where profound insights and healing await.
