Phobias

Phobias can be debilitating, but that does not mean that you have to live with them. With hypnosis, a life without your phobia is just around the corner.

We often develop phobias due to learnt behaviours in earlier life. When we watch parents or caregivers having phobic responses, as a child we often take them on as our own.  Sometimes phobias are developed due to a traumatic event, for example one bad experience of flying leads your brain to think that all future flights will be as bad.  With hypnotherapy you can overcome your phobia, and learn new positive responses. ​commonly treated phobias: 👉 Flying  👉 Heights 👉 Animals/Insects and Spiders 👉 Needles  👉 Blood 👉 Food Other phobias can be treated.
